Covid-19 hasn't stopped us learning and sharing our interests with our u3a friends.
We have over 30 groups; during lockdown we have kept in touch via Zoom and email.

We provide Educational, Recreational and Leisure Activities for retired and semi-retired people living in High Lane and the surrounding area. We have nearly 300 members. There are no obstacles to joining; no qualifications are needed and there are no exams.
We run many interest groups including: Art; Backgammon; Bridge; Canasta; Card making; Choir; Churches & Pubs; Cinema; Crown Green Bowls; Current Affairs, Dancing; Darts; Dining; Family History; Gardening; German; Handbell ringing; History; Indoor Kurling; Mahjong; Memoirs; Music appreciation; Photography; Quiz; Reading; Shakespeare; Table Tennis; Travel; Trivial Pursuit and Walking.
