MATINEE CLUB
The
Matinee Club
covers the four U3A branches in our
area ---High Lane, Romiley, Marple, and Marple Bridge & Mellor.
The
club was started several years ago before Marple Bridge &
Mellor
was
formed and on inception were invited to join in.
The club visits theatres as far afield as Stratford, the Lake
District, Theatre Clwyd and the New
Vic in Newcastle
under Lyme, as well
as The Lowry, The Crucible, The Royal Exchange, The Library Theatre,
Bolton Octagon and the Buxton Opera House..
We are a Matinee Club and cannot at present organise evening visits.
